GDF SUEZ sells its entire stake in Gas Natural Fenosa , GDF Suez

GDF SUEZ has sold its entire stake, i.e. 5.01%, in Gas Natural Fenosa through a Blok Trade for a cash consideration of €540 million. This sell-down is part of the optimization strategy of the Group financial resources.Following this transaction, GDF SUEZ will no longer be a shareholder of Gas Natural Fenosa.
