MSS acquires shares in RK Offshore AS, Module Solutions & Systems

At the end of May, MSS has acquired 34% of the shares in the company RK Offshore AS.The company was established in 2006 by Manager Kenneth Kvaleberg and Roald Kristensen AS as shareholders. We see significant synergy by utilizing each other's expertise, solutions and services, and changes in ownership comes as a natural consequence of a strategy to enhance cooperation further in connection with future assignments, says General Manager in MSS Morten Alstadsæther.
Today MSS use RK Offshore in connection with installation of cooling and ventilation in offshore modules and service and commissioning. We expect a growth in these areas over the next few years, states Manager in RK Offshore Kenneth Kvaleberg.
Both companies are from the 1st of June located at the same address in Vingveien no. 4 at Sola (the previously Mento-building), near the car dealership Hellestø Bilpaviljongen.
