Originally promoted by Tata Industries with the objective of spearheading the Tatas’ foray into the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry, TPL is today a 100-percent subsidiary of Tata Sons.Tata Petrodyne holds a balanced portfolio of interests in licenses with the potential for providing major capital growth. This portfolio includes interests in both onshore and offshore on the Indian subcontinent, in the UK North Sea, and in Australia.
