IDESA
In over 50 years, Grupo IDESA has been one of the pioneers within the Mexican petrochemical industry, consolidating itself as a basal petrochemical group in the development of this priority industrial branch. Based on its operating experience, it has been able to adapt state-of-the-art technology even managing to create its own technology. Grupo IDESA is an enterprise committed to environment, industrial hygiene and safety, reason why it has incorporated to its plants anti-pollutant systems, strict safety measures and more efficient processes. In 2010 IDESA with its partner Braskem signed a contract with Pemex for the supply of raw materials for the ETILENO XXI project. This project will allow Mexico to substitute polyethylene imports of approximately US$2 billion .
