Mexican National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH)Background
•CNH was created as a result of the Mexican Energy Reform approved by Congress in November 2008.
•In may of 2009 the Commissioners were appointed by the President of México.
•In july of 2009 the CNH started its activities.
Mission
Optimize the management of hydrocarbon reserves and resources in order to create the greatest possible economic value for benefit of all mexicans.
