Panoro Energy, formerly temporarily named New Brazil Holding (NBH) is a combination of Norse Energy Brasil which as of April, 2010 has merged with Pan-Petroleum, a Cyprus based company operating in West Africa.

The combined company will be have a presence on both sides of the South Atlantic and take advantage of operational synergies thereby making it a strong and robust independent player in the region.

With a reserve and resource base in excess of 200 MMBOE, and fundamentally sound foundation, NBH is poised to grow through further M&A activities and take advantage of consolidation amongst independent players.
