Offshore Structure Fabricators Association of Malaysia ( OSFAM)

The name of the association shall be the " Persatuan Pembina Struktur Luarpantai Malaysia" (Offshore Structure Fabricators Association Of Malaysia) ( OSFAM).

In the interpretation of these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires:
• 'Association' or 'OSFAM' shall mean the Persatuan Pembina Struktur Luarpantai Malaysia (Offshore Fabrication Industry)
• 'Committee' shall mean the Management committee of the association.
• 'Company' shall mean company established under the Laws of Malaysia and includes a partnership or a sole proprietorship.
• Offshore Fabrication Industry mean such activities which include to build, construct, fabricate, install, fit out and repair offshore structure. Including: production modules, utility modules, living quarters, jackets, tripods, bridge or helidecks for the oil and gas industry.
