Bayerngas Norge is an independent, Oslo-based company formed in 2006 by Bayerngas GmbH, focused on exploration and production on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.Through a series of farm ins, acquisitions, swaps and licensing rounds, the company hopes to create a balanced portfolio that will provide upstream solutions that will integrate effectively with their owner’s downstream activities.
The company is committed to creating and developing excellent technical teams, with brilliant G&G competence, that will position them well in the competitive Norwegian environment. They hope to establish a reputation in the more mature areas of the shelf, and their areas of expertise reflect this.
