Poseidon Group

Poseidon is an independent engineering company with its main focus on subsea developments – existing and new. Established in Stavanger January 2000, Poseidon has branches in Trondheim and Aberdeen UK.

The group that today consists of a mother company (focused on consultancy and in-house engineering) and three subsidiaries employs 135 people. The subsidiaries are dedicated towards product development and deliveries.

Poseidon is a specialist in subsea systems, including operation of fields, subsea engineering services and technology development. It has experience with subsea to shore developments, e.g, Snøhvit (Statoil) and Ormen Lange (Shell).

Poseidon's technology aims at contributing towards increased oil recovery, reduced operation cost and risk, as well as being environmentally friendly.
